My journey began with a solo expedition through Tamil Nadu, a destination recommended by seasoned travelers as ideal for first-time solo adventures due to its calm coastal towns, safety, and rich cultural tapestry . I explored iconic sites like Madurai, Rameshwaram, and Dhanushkodi, where deserted beaches met ancient temple ruins, leaving an unforgettable, surreal silence. Other highlights included Narthamalai, Sirumalai Hills, and the serene temple towns of Chettinad and Thanjavur—each unveiling stories etched in stone and spirit
Ever since that transformative trip, I ventured through North India, soaking in the spiritual pulse of Ayodhya and Varanasi, the grandeur of Rajasthan, and the cultural mosaic of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. I’ve also traversed West India, experiencing the vibrant life of Maharashtra and Gujarat, while exploring the agricultural fields, tribal heritage, and wildlife of Central India.
From the flicker of hundreds of lamps along Ram Ki Paidi in Ayodhya to the sacred rituals of Hanuman Garhi and Tulsi Smarak Bhawan, I find magic in the small moments of devotion and community . I’ve felt a shift within—each journey teaching me humility, courage, and the beauty of self-discovery. Solo travel has empowered me, turning fear into curiosity, and distance into deep connection.
